I’m serving my cake tomorrow should I put it in the fridge tonight?
Our desserts can be stored for 2-3 days in the refrigerator. Place it in the fridge tonight and allow time for your cake to come to room temperature before serving. See our tips on serving and storing.

Why do you recommend that your desserts be eaten at room temperature?
We make our desserts with real butter. Just as butter softens as it comes to room temperature, so will our cakes and their frostings.

I love your custom cakes! How far in advance should I place my custom order?
We require a minimum of 2 weeks notice on all custom orders. However, the more advance notice the better as we tend to book up quickly, especially during peak seasons. Order early to make sure we will have the availability to create the perfect cake or desserts to match your vision!

I forgot to order a cake for a birthday party tomorrow! Is there anything you can do for me?
We have been known to conquer some pretty big cake emergencies! We often have a variety of cakes in our case and something special coming out of the oven. Come in and we will work together to make sure your dessert needs are all taken care of for the big celebration.

Do you have any gluten free or allergy friendly desserts?
We do! Our gluten free options include: coconut macaroons, some French macarons, lemon thumbprint cookies, decadent chocolate cake, gluten-free white cake, and gluten-free brownies. We also offer a variety of dairy free cookies and nut free treats.

How should I transport my cake on my road trip?
Transporting cakes is not a problem! Just ensure your cake is on a flat surface, avoid placing the cake on someone’s lap. If the weather warrants, place the boxed cake in a cooler with a gel pack. With advanced notice we can have your cake frozen so it will come to room temperature along the drive.

What about mixing and matching? I want a certain cake flavor but can I customize the flavor of frosting?
Since we are a full custom bakery you can choose every aspect of your cake! However, the kitchen may feel the combination will not taste good. Every product that leaves our store is a reflection on our business. The kitchen has the right to say “no” to some combinations. That being said, we love creativity and a lot of flavors pair wonderfully. Let us know what you’re thinking and we’ll see what we can do!

I’m getting these treats for a friend! Can they be gift wrapped?
Yes! Absolutely, yes! We would be happy to provide a window box and tie it up with our signature tulle bows.

What are the standard sizes on cakes and how many do they serve?
A two layer 5” cake serves 4-6
A three layer 9” cake serves 12-22
With enough notice we also offer custom sizes in 6”, 8” & 10”
